You’re likely hearing all sorts of nice-sounding things about companies reversing their “woke” positions and policies. From Target ditching CRT/DEI to talk of the former Washington Redskins re-branding back to “Redskins”, all sorts of companies appear to be abandoning woke-Left ideologies.
DON’T BUY IT - IT’S A RUSE. IT’S MEANT TO PLACATE US SO WE STOP RESISTING!
Trump won the U.S. Presidential election. Unfortunately, this does not mean our work is done. Not by a long shot.
Now the real work begins.
The possible (likely?) swearing in of President Donald J. Trump as the 47th President - if that’s permitted to happen - won’t cure all that ails us. Not by a long shot. Enough people are now Awake to possibly bring the United States back to citizen-led/populist; however, no one person will accomplish this. It will have to be a group effort.
This is why bad actors are trying to lure us into a false sense of accomplishment - they DO NOT want citizens to stick to the current mandate given to our government via our most recent elections. Bad actors do not want accountability, Rule of Law, reckoning, transparency, or a scaling back of the size of our government. So they use the resources they have (media, news, social media, celebrities, captive companies, politicians) to push the idea that “the tide has turned” on woke. It hasn’t.
Stay in the fight and know that this will take many years to fix.
How to get in the fight:
Run for School Board.
Get involved in K-12 “education” locally; watch everything.
Precinct Strategy (in Ohio: Precinct Strategy); get involved locally. Remember: there’s a reason the bad guys distract us with State and Federal Government, it’s because all the real power starts and is local.
Attend local government; Health Department, Board of Elections, Mental Health, etc.
